About WikIT

WikIT is a prototype service placed on line in July 2006. It is not supported by the Colgate Helpline (although you may submit help requests there for forwarding to those who can and will help you). Please address questions or comments to mailto:dwheeler@mail.colgate.edu.

  • 10:53, 27 March 2007 (EDT) - Image resizing, including the |thumb| option, now work with some caveats. The size option |xxx px| will resize JPG and PNG images, but will NOT work with other image parameters, such as |frame| and captioning. -Dan|Talk
  • 10:53, 27 March 2007 (EDT) - Document size change- Image (document) file size limitation increased to 8MB -Dan|Talk
  • 10:53, 27 March 2007 (EDT) - New Wiki- CUWiki (quickie?) is sharing this host. CUWiki is being used for academic applications. Check it to see the features of the latest MediaWiki software (v1.9). Contact Dave Baird for info. -Dan|Talk
