Events Management System @ Colgate

Colgate University has adobpted Dean Evans and Associates' Events Management System (EMS) for scheduling facilities and managing events. Go to EMS web site and if you are a student or regular (not temporary) employee at Colgate, you will automatically have an account in EMS.

There is also a link to EMS from within Colgate's Portal under the "Services" tab.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are conncting from off campus, you must connect though a VPN (Virtual Personal Network). If you need assistance setting up a VPN on your computer, call the Helpline (x7111) for assistance.
