  • Ross Miller - Director, Technology Support (Responsible for the following people ...)
  • Joelle Faulks - Sr. Technology Support Analyst (Provides technology support for Administrative Offices and Buildings & Grounds)
  • Robert (Max) Maxwell - Sr. Technology Support Analyst (Provides technology support for the Library, Print Shop, Campus Safety)
  • Rob Gaudreau - Technology Support Analyst (Provides technology support for Natural Sciences)
  • Tim Smith - Technology Support Analyst (Provides technology support for Social Sciences, University Studies, and Athletics)
  • Dave Turner - Lead Technology Installation Specialist (Provides installation services to campus)
  • Bill Miller - Electronics Technician (Provides hardware support for campus)

Team responsibilities

Supports the desktop and office technology used by faculty and staff across campus. This support is provided by phone, email, remote connection and office visits.

The Support Team supports all Colgate standard hardware and software and provides tools to help users become self-sufficient.
